Before I started with my weight loss program, I was often in bed before
8pm in the evening as I lacked the energy to stay up any later. My weight
had got out of control and eating the wrong foods during the day did not
help at all.
After starting my weight loss program, by feeding my body with nutrition
instead of fast food. The first change I noticed was a increase in energy
levels (I could now stay up later). Secondly I was losing weight month
after month after month. I went on to lose 30kg's and felt so good I
ended up joining a gym.
I am a regular at the gym and enjoy lunch time runs.
